1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings assigned below:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The vm777f website accessible at https://vm777f.cam, including all pages, sub-domains, services, and features operated thereunder.
"Member" / "User"	Any individual who has successfully registered an account on the vm777f Platform and whose account remains active and in good standing.
"Account"	The personal, non-transferable account created by a Member on the Platform, through which all wagering, deposit, withdrawal, and communication activities are conducted.
"Funds"	Real-money balances held within a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp), representing deposits made minus wagers placed and losses incurred, plus winnings credited.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback payment, reload offer, or loyalty reward credited to a Member's Account subject to qualifying conditions and wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other game of chance or skill available on the Platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process that vm777f may require Members to complete before processing withdrawals or lifting account restrictions.
"Restricted Jurisdiction"	Any country, territory, or region in which vm777f has determined that access to or use of the Platform is prohibited, restricted, or regulated in a manner incompatible with Platform operations.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on vm777f, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

vm777f reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing Account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility condition has not been or is no longer met.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the vm777f registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. vm777f may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the vm777f Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform. vm777f employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Account activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vm777f will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify vm777f support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. vm777f accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

vm777f operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised:

• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement showing your name)
• Source-of-funds declaration for high-volume accounts, where required

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vm777f currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, subject to availability and individual transaction limits: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. vm777f does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly or within fifteen (15) minutes, subject to banking processing times outside vm777f's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by vm777f's payments team on a first-in, first-out basis. Standard processing times range from one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method, account verification status, and banking operating hours at the time of the request. vm777f does not guarantee same-day withdrawals and will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name, matching the name on your vm777f Account.
• vm777f reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• vm777f reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to the Member's Account balance where fraud, AML concerns, or Terms violations are suspected.

4.4 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the vm777f Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vm777f does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Foreign currency conversions, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Member's financial institution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by vm777f are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as displayed on the Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10× (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The vm777f Welcome Bonus — a 100% first-deposit match up to Rp 20.000.000 — is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit. The following restrictions apply:

• One Welcome Bonus per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• The qualifying deposit must be a minimum of Rp 100.000 and must not have been funded using an e-wallet promotion or third-party voucher.
• The Welcome Bonus wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement. Certain high-RTP slots, table game bets above specified stake thresholds, and draw-based lottery markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — see the bonus contribution table published on the Platform.
• vm777f reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vm777f employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on opposite sides of a market to guarantee bonus conversion (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinated group play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, vm777f reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

5.5 Cashback & Reload Promotions

Cashback and reload promotions are offered periodically to existing Members and may be subject to reduced or zero wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period and credited to the Account within 72 hours of the promotion close date. vm777f reserves the right to modify cashback rates and qualifying criteria at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports wagers placed on vm777f — including single bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are governed by the sports betting rules published on the Platform. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference number is issued, the odds are locked and cannot be changed or cancelled by either party, except in the circumstances outlined in the Platform's void bet policy.

vm777f reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are detected. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's Account balance.

6.2 Togel (Numbers Lottery) Markets

vm777f offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, and other regional draw-based markets. Draw results are sourced from the respective official lottery authorities. vm777f accepts no responsibility for discrepancies in results caused by official draw authority errors or delays. Bets placed after a draw's official closing time will be void and the stake returned.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio facilities operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All live casino game results are determined by certified RNG or physical game mechanisms (cards, roulette wheel) and are independently audited. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, vm777f's system will record the last confirmed game state and settle the bet accordingly. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vm777f Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by vm777f.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the Platform itself to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or data without authorization.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercializing access to an Account or Platform features.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vm777f Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of vm777f or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to vm777f.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vm777f Platform without the express prior written consent of vm777f. Unauthorized use of vm777f's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

9 Privacy & Data

vm777f collects, processes, and retains personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vm777f does not sell personal data to third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

vm777f enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vm777f, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if vm777f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vm777f's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

vm777f does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vm777f makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude vm777f's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting vm777f support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, vm777f will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion and these Terms) and deactivate your Account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Closure by vm777f

vm777f reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Member against vm777f.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an Account is closed by vm777f due to proven Terms violations, vm777f reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in whole or in part, proportional to the nature and extent of the violation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vm777f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vm777f will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 12.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision took effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law as applied by the jurisdiction in which vm777f is incorporated and operated. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
